We do everything to prevent trouble - there are several controls during the whole production process and at the end every single motors is thoroughly tested to prevent any hassles. Our warranty return rate is far less than 1%. 

But what to do if you really face a problem ? For example someone dropped the motor on the floor, or water got inside the motor or any other reasons. You expect quick help - and that´s what we offer.

Spare Parts.

We offer all important spare parts direct from stock - usually shipped within 48 hours. A list of the most common spare parts can be downloaded here. Please request spare parts using this form. Important: modifications or repairs on the electronics should only be done by authorized and trained staff !

Warranty Repairs.

For warranty repairs please contact your Trietex (R) dealer or distributor. In urgent cases please call us before returning motors. See contacts for the distributor list.

All motors for repair must be sent CIF Efringen-Kirchen. Prices for repairs usually vary between 32 and 65 Euros excluding VAT and shipment. A detailed offer for repairs can be requested in advance. If the offer is declined we need to charge handling costs of 15 Euros. An excerpt for the most usual repairs can be found below (All prices were reduced when converted from Deutsche Mark to Euros !)
